About the Program

B.Com. LL.B. (Hons) is an undergraduate degree program that combines the study of law with a foundation in commerce or business. It is an integrated five-year program that focuses more on foundation in commerce and business in the initial three years and on the Law in the remaining two years. This combination aims to equip students with a deep understanding of legal concepts along with knowledge in commerce-related areas. This program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles as well as knowledge in commerce, finance, accounting, and related fields. It’s ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career that intersects law and business.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. An applicant who has successfully completed a Senior Secondary School course (‘+2’) or equivalent from a recognized University of India or outside or from a Senior Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government or from any equivalent institution from a foreign country recognized by the government of that country for the purpose of issue of qualifying certificate on successful completion of the course, may apply for the integrated degree in law.
  2. The candidate must have completed the age of 17 years and must not be more than 22 years old at the time of admission. (Age of admission shall be subject to approval of the concerned board of studies as per the guidelines of the Bar Council of India amended from time to time in this regard.)

Admission Procedure

The Admission process will be carried out by the institute as per the rules and schedule announced by the MP Higher Education for Minority Institutions. Eligible students can apply for the same.
